( Tony Robbins )

When the product works but doesn't feel right.

Xavi Nogueres collaborated with Fueled (NY) on a project for Tony Robbins.

The objective was to build a digital platform for his high-performance coaching programme. Six months of prior work. Correct flows. Solid UX. And yet, the project was blocked.

( The gap )

The product worked. But it didn't feel like Tony Robbins.

It felt like a generic productivity tool. Neutral. Safe. Interchangeable with any other app on the market. And that was exactly the problem. Because for a brand built on intensity and personal transformation, neutrality isn't a minor flaw. It's a fundamental misalignment. Tony noticed. He was disappointed. The team was blocked. No one had been able to name precisely what was failing.

( The diagnosis )

It wasn't a design problem. It was a perception problem.

The product didn't reflect the brand. Every screen was technically well-executed — but none of them communicated who Tony Robbins is, or what a user was supposed to feel while using it. When perception is misaligned, iteration solves nothing. It accumulates work on top of a problem no one has diagnosed.

( The result )

The entire experience, rebuilt to feel like Tony Robbins

A more energetic, high-contrast visual language. A structure designed to activate, not just to organise. A direction drawn from high-performance environments where every interaction reinforces the user's purpose.

Tony approved the new direction. The project moved from doubt to alignment. From something no one could fully validate to something that felt distinctive, personal, and coherent with the brand. When perception is correct, execution flows. When it isn't, work accumulates without progress — no matter how much effort has been invested.

If you recognise this gap in your business, the next step is below.

( Request a perception audit )

This private Perception Audit is designed for businesses that have already reached a certain level and want their digital presence to reflect the level at which they actually operate.

We review every application in advance to understand where the perception gap lies—and whether moving forward with the audit makes sense for both sides.

If we don't believe we're the right fit, we'll tell you directly.
